Kenny draws from 24 years of experience as Superintendent and Project Manager on projects ranging from tenant-finish, medical, restaurant, motel/hotel, retail and all types of ground up. Kenny’s aggressive nature, “can-do” attitude and strong personal skills are the foundation of KJM Commercial, Inc.
Chris Hamilton is the Vice President and General Partner at KJM Commercial, Inc. Chris’s background includes various school projects including a 65 acre new college campus in South Laredo, multiple grocery stores, shopping centers, municipal projects and numerous other ground-up remodel projects. Chris concentrates on project delivery, estimating and the day-to-day business at KJM.
