Project Details: The 1,860 sf Corpus Christi Marina Boater’s Facility is a free-standing structure that utilizes reinforced CMU exterior and interior walls with a conventionally framed wood roofing system. The exterior of the facility is bone-white stucco with a large expanse of aluminum storefront glass incorporating a royal blue standing seam metal roof and skylight on the main roof area. It is located on the Peoples Street T-Head.

Project Details: These structures are a concrete masonry and structural steel expansion of the Flour Bluff Early Childhood Development Center. Totaling 10,336 square feet, the project consists of a new classroom wing and a multi-purpose athletic facility. The classroom wing features eight (8) new classrooms and a large Special Education facility, while the multi-purpose room features shock resistant flooring and support offices for the physical education staff.
